Some financial institutions will allow you to load your E1 Card account with cash at their banking locations. Visit a bank branch and hand your E1 Card to the bank teller and let them know you would like to add cash to your E1 Card. After the teller enters your card number and completes the transaction you will be able to access the funds loaded to your E1 Card.

What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask you for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see a copy of your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
