SETUP DIRECT DEPOSIT
Your paycheck or government benefits check can be automatically deposited into your card account each payday. You get paid faster, and you don’t have to wait in line or pay to cash your checks because Direct Deposit is free.
To set up direct deposit of your paycheck or benefits check simple fill out the Direct Deposit form you received with your E1 Card and submit it to your employer, payroll provider, or benefits provider. If you don’t have the form anymore, log into your online card account and print out a direct deposit form that will have all your information ready for you to submit to your employer, payroll provider, or benefits provider. If you receive more than one paychecks and/or government issued benefit checks they can all be conveniently direct deposited to your online prepaid card account. Just provide each source with a copy of the direct deposit form and you’re all set!

What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask you for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see a copy of your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
